Who We Are

Strategy that adapts. Solutions that deliver.

PCI Advisory Private Limited is a consulting, research, and technical support agency registered under the Indian Companies Act, 2013.

We work with governments, funders, development organisations and businesses to address complex social and development challenges across health, nutrition, livelihoods, education, climate and digital innovation.

By combining strategic thinking, contextual knowledge and implementation expertise, we help turn priorities into practical action. Our work spans programme design, research, institutional strengthening, resource mobilisation and large-scale delivery across India and internationally.

Rooted in partnerships, we connect community priorities with local governance and wider development goals to support inclusive, sustainable change.
